The sitemap also lets Google know when to check for new product pages, articles, blog posts, and contents on the website, for instance, every few hours, daily or weekly.
Simply put, you can get your site indexed fast with an improved crawl rate. You can use a WordPress plugin called Google XML Sitemaps and other tools like Yoast SEO plugin and Screaming Frog.

As per my own experience, posting comments on high traffic blogs from another well-known WordPress website can index your site fast on Google search.
This should be done to make sure that search engine bots follow the link with the comment and are redirected to your blog.
However, you may not verify the no-follow or do-follow attributes. This is an effective way to Index your website.
Submission to stat sites
There are websites that maintain data related to domains or the value of the domain. It is a good way of website indexation but it is not easy to submit to multiple stat sites since you need to do it manually.
Google analytics tools provide stats regarding visitors like the time being spent, the pages viewed, and their location.
